Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policies

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Products that have not been personalized can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Overnight Pet Tags.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Customized Items

Any item that has been customized may be exchanged for the same item within 30 days (style and color) for the following reasons;

  • Low quality printing or engraving in which the text is hard to read
  • If the information requested does not match the information printed or engraved
  • The item becomes damaged or broken during the first 30 days

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
